I wanna be the flash game
Rated 3 / 5 stars May 5, 2010
S'alright
This is a classic example of a tarnished gem. This game would be great if it weren't for the absolutely useless controls. I know you intended for it to be frustrating, but don't make it frustrating due to the controls sucking something awful. If I'm gonna be pissed off at games that I play, I want it to be from level design and actual challenge, not the worlds dodgiest double jump or shiftiest platforms. This really does have potential, it really really does, in fact I haven't seen games with this much potential in a long time, but it just destroys itself with the controls. Seriously cannot stress that enough.
I don't want gimmicks or cheap bullshit, I want a straightforward, hard-as-hell platformer.

This game has too much potential
It has too much potential to be in the ruinous state that it is in now. Don't get me wrong, I love this game, it is an absolute blast. But it wasn't until the levels got a bit more challenging that I realized how terrible the controls really are. The ambush is impossible, absolutely impossible with the controls that are currently in place. The physics of the weapons are fairly off, as instead of spinning around the way I would like it to do, my weapon usually just sits there limp and not killing. This can destroy the experience completely. But I had a blast while it was good. Don't let this game fail, fix it. It is capable of much better things.

Good game
I wasn't really expecting that in a flash game, but it worked out very well. I do have an issue though. The efficiency campaign seems to be busted, because almost every time I shoot, I lose a heart, even though I'm hitting the target. It dun make sense to me.

I love this song.
But for some reason, it reminds me of super mario rpg: legend of the seven stars. Still, loved the song. Good job.

Great Googly moogly
I remember this game from long ago. You actually captured the feel of the orginal, I believe. And matched it in quality. I just can't listen to this song enough, I love it. It isn't just the nostalgic feel, it's a very good song on it's own merits. Credit where credit is due. Tommy Talorico would be proud.
Thanks a lot man! I feel honored for such compliments.

Something Else.
I love all of your works, and this is what started it all. You are honestly one of my inspirations, I can say. The guitar sounds perfect, everything works so well with everything else. Nothing is out of place, and it is just so darn relaxing. Favorite, download, 10/10 5/5 and very high respect.
Wow! thank you for spending some time listening and reviewing my works!
Greetings ;)

Nice
This should definitely be a runner up or something. Two reasons why it was knocked down to a 9 though: 1) You're batting for soldier. Shame on you. 2) You say depth perception is the key to victory about a character whose eyeballs are hidden under a helmet constantly. Demoman at least see's half of the world.
Still, I hope this wins you something.

Did I see a Desert Punk reference in there? Anywho, good and fluid animation. Very enjoyable indeed.

Me Bil
The animation was surprisingly a lot like doug tennapel's, which is a huge bonus for you. And you chose one of the best songs off the soundtrack, Operator Plays a Little Ping Pong. It's one of my favorites, next only to klaymen shuffle and The Battle of Robot Bil. You have earned this 10/10, and a 5/5. Just on pure awesomnimity.
